Guarantee policy
Your reservation will be held until the expected arrival date (based on local hotel time) at 6pm. If you need to arrive after 6pm, please contact the hotel to provide credit card information or advance the room fee to ensure the reservation.

Cancellation policy
For cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your guaranteed reservation within 24 hours before 6pm (according to local hotel time), the hotel reserves the right to deduct the first night's room fee from your credit card or prepaid room fee as the cancellation fee.

The above prices, guarantees and cancellation policies do not apply to the two spring and autumn fairs and large exhibitions in Guangzhou.
